The Opportunity

As a Manager in Technology Analysis, you'll manage high-quality processes, solutions, or projects focusing on risk management, process improvement, and innovation. You will oversee teams, maintain client billing, lead delivery streams, and manage projects, with travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Skills and Attributes

• Experience leading SAP projects, especially in SAP Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, GL, or related modules.
• Strong communication, client service, and technical documentation skills.
• Knowledge of SAP Finance/Accounting practices and SAP S/4HANA FICO modules.
• Ability to research and address client inquiries, including regulations and emerging technologies.
• Experience with system configuration, project management, and stakeholder engagement.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4-6 years of SAP ERP experience, including at least three full implementation cycles.
• Proficiency in SAP FICO modules (CO, FI, FSCM, Treasury).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage client relationships.
• Willingness to travel (~60%).

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior consulting experience and SAP certifications.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and in industry-specific finance roles.
