Join our team as a Technology Business Analyst Manager, where you will bridge business needs and technical solutions. Your role involves analyzing business models and processes to capture requirements that translate into technical specifications, ensuring system architecture aligns with business goals.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
• Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions.

Skills and Attributes for Success

You should have a strong foundation in managing processes and solutions with a focus on quality and risk management. Your ability to research and apply best practices will be crucial for driving innovation.

• Lead and deliver quality SAP projects or workstreams, including requirement gathering, solution architecture, blueprinting, testing, documentation, and functional design. Liaise with stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into solutions, including configuration and integration with SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Consistently deliver quality client services, monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Establish relationships with client personnel at various levels.
• Demonstrate strong decision-making skills for complex problems.
• Modify policies and establish procedures within scope of work.
• Exercise sound judgment in methods and criteria for results.
• Understand system development lifecycle and technology business architecture frameworks.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4-6 years of relevant SAP experience, particularly with SAP Controlling, Overhead Cost Accounting, Financial Planning, Margin Analysis, Internal Orders, Statistical Sales Conditions, Universal Allocations, Product Costing, and Project Systems. Exposure to other FICO modules is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Experience managing SAP projects and teams, with familiarity in hybrid delivery models.
• Deep knowledge of cost accounting processes and reporting requirements.
• Knowledge of Management Accounting practices, peer environments, and relevant advisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior consulting experience.
• SAP certifications, such as P_S4FIN.
• Experience with full-cycle implementations and additional SAP finance certifications.
• Industry experience in accounting and leading cross-functional teams.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
