Role Overview

This role centers on leveraging SAP technology to enhance client operations. You will work within EY's SAP service line, which includes Supply Chain, FICO, BPC, Data & Analytics, Customer, Tech/Arch, and SuccessFactors, to improve performance and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
2. Ensure technology solutions align with business goals.
3. Drive process improvements and innovation.
4. Manage and deliver SAP projects or workstreams, overseeing teams and maintaining client relationships.
5. Lead risk management and quality assurance efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4-6 years of SAP experience, particularly in Controlling, Costing, and Financial Planning modules.
• Strong communication and client service skills.
• Experience managing SAP projects and teams.
• Deep understanding of cost accounting and SAP finance modules.
• Willingness to travel (~60%).

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior consulting experience.
• SAP certifications (e.g., P_S4FIN).
• Experience with full-cycle SAP implementations.
