The Opportunity

We innovate with SAP to co-create innovative solutions, leveraging our expertise in tax, assurance, transactions, risk, and SAP implementation. Our goal is to help clients achieve better outcomes and lasting results, from strategy to execution.

As a Manager in Application Systems Engineering, you will define user and customer requirements, focusing on UI development across platforms, and engineer software components ensuring seamless communication within system architecture.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver high-quality processes, solutions, or projects, emphasizing quality, risk management, and continuous improvement.
• Research and benchmark best practices to innovate.
• Manage professional employees and oversee performance objectives.
• Ensure billability through chargeable work.
• Lead workstream delivery and oversee project progress and deliverables.
• Travel as required by client engagements.
• Participate in client sessions, lead workstreams from planning to execution.
• Identify additional service opportunities to drive sales.
• Lead RFP responses and manage engagement economics.
• Plan resources within budget constraints.

Minimum Qualifications

• 4-year bachelor’s degree.
• 4-6 years relevant SAP experience.
• Design and implement SAP integration solutions with middleware technologies (e.g., SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, SAP BTP).
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC) and integration technologies.
• Hands-on experience with SAP PI/PO, LT, ABAP, EDI, APIs, web services (SOAP/REST), and data transformation tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices.
• Database management and data modeling skills.
• Experience in SAP integration architecture and design.
• Familiarity with SAP technologies like XI/PI/PO, Solution Manager, Data Services, ABAP, Security, S/4HANA.
• Experience with EDI/non-EDI standards and mapping requirements.
• Proficiency with PI/PO adapters (IDoc, Mail, File, SFTP, etc.).
• Knowledge of cloud integration (HCI, OData, SAP API Management).
• Experience interfacing with SAP modules (S/4HANA, ECC, CRM, etc.).
• Strong communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
• Willingness to travel (~60%).

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior consulting experience.
• SAP certifications.
• Experience with full-cycle SAP implementations.
