As a Technology Business Analyst Manager, you will bridge business needs and technical solutions, analyzing business models and translating requirements into technical specifications. Your role ensures system architecture aligns with business goals.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
• Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions.

Skills and Attributes for Success

Strong process and solution management skills, with a focus on quality and risk management, are essential. Your research ability and application of best practices will be key for innovation.

• Lead and deliver quality SAP projects or workstreams, including requirement gathering, solution architecture, blueprinting, testing, documentation, and functional design. Liaise with stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into solutions, configuring and integrating SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Consistently deliver high-quality client services, monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Build relationships with client personnel at various levels.
• Demonstrate strong decision-making skills for complex problems.
• Adapt policies and procedures within your scope of work.
• Make sound judgments on methods and results.
• Understand system development lifecycle and business architecture frameworks.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4-6 years of relevant SAP experience, particularly in Controlling, Overhead Cost Accounting, Financial Planning, Margin Analysis, Internal Orders, Statistical Sales Conditions, Universal Allocations, with strong knowledge of Product Costing and Project Systems. Exposure to other FICO modules is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Experience managing SAP projects or workstreams, with team leadership, preferably in a hybrid onshore/offshore delivery model.
• Deep understanding of cost accounting processes and complex reporting requirements.
• Knowledge of Management Accounting practices, industry environments, and advisory experience.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA FICO modules, including Project Systems and Product Costing with Material Ledger.
• Research skills for client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations and new technologies.
• Experience developing functional specifications and system configurations.
• Relationship management, negotiation, critical thinking, and emotional agility skills.
• Willingness to travel, estimated at 60+%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior consulting experience.
• SAP certifications, such as P_S4FIN.
• Experience with full-cycle implementations of core modules.
• Additional SAP finance certifications.
• Industry experience in accounting and leading cross-functional teams.
• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills.
