Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
• Ensure technology solutions align with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions.

Skills and Attributes for Success

Strong foundation in process and solution management with a focus on quality and risk management. Ability to research and apply best practices to foster innovation.

• Lead and deliver quality SAP projects, including requirements gathering, solution architecture, testing, documentation, and functional design. Liaise with stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into solutions and complete configurations or integrations.
• Consistently deliver quality client services, monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Build relationships with client personnel at various levels.
• Demonstrate strong decision-making skills for complex problems.
• Understand system development lifecycle and technology architecture frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4-6 years of experience with SAP Controlling, Cost Accounting, Financial Planning, Margin Analysis, Internal Orders, and related modules, with knowledge of Product Costing and Project Systems. Exposure to other FICO modules is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
• Experience managing SAP projects and teams, preferably with hybrid delivery models.
• Deep knowledge of cost accounting processes and reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in S/4HANA SAP FICO modules and experience with system configuration and developing functional specifications.
• Relationship management, negotiation, critical thinking, and emotional agility skills.
• Willingness to travel (estimated at 60+%).

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior consulting experience.
• SAP certifications such as P_S4FIN.
• Experience with full-cycle implementations and industry-specific accounting expertise.
