Join our team as a Technology Business Analyst Manager to bridge business needs and technical solutions. You will analyze business models and processes to capture requirements translating into technical specifications, ensuring system architecture aligns with business objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
• Evaluate and ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in processes and solutions.

Skills And Attributes For Success

• Manage SAP projects or workstreams, initiate requirement gathering, architect solutions, blueprint, test, document, and design solutions. Liaise with stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into business solutions, including configurations and integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Deliver quality client services, monitor progress, manage risk, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Build relationships with client personnel at various levels.
• Demonstrate decision-making skills for complex problems.
• Understand system development lifecycle and technology architecture frameworks.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4-6 years of experience with SAP Controlling, Cost Accounting, Financial Planning, Margin Analysis, Internal Orders, Statistical Sales Conditions, Universal Allocations, Product Costing, and Project Systems. Knowledge of other FICO modules is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
• Experience managing SAP projects and teams, with familiarity in hybrid delivery models.
• Deep understanding of cost accounting processes and complex reporting requirements.
• Knowledge of Management Accounting practices, industry environments, and advisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior consulting experience.
• SAP certifications (e.g., P_S4FIN).
• Experience with full-cycle implementations.
• Additional SAP finance certifications.
• Experience in accounting departments and leading cross-functional teams.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
