BSH Home Appliances Corporation – Top Employer US 2024 in New Bern, NC seeks a CDC Warehouse Operations Specialist for 2nd shift to optimize SAP S/4HANA EWM within warehouse operations. This role links operations with system functionality, standardizes processes, and supports continuous improvement to boost productivity and accuracy.

You will train staff, maintain data integrity, and ensure SOP compliance across shifts while supporting upgrades and testing with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in logistics or warehouse operations required.
• 3–5 years experience in logistics/warehouse operations.
• Knowledge of KPIs, productivity and service metrics.
• Experience with SAP WM/EWM transactions and inventory processes.
• Ability to analyze data and improve processes.
• Ability to train and coach warehouse staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SAP S/4HANA EWM expert for inbound/outbound/inventory control.
• Troubleshoot system issues and enhance process efficiency.
• Monitor data integrity and validate transactions.
• Train and support warehouse associates and leaders.
• Develop and enforce SOPs across shifts and departments.
• Coordinate with IT and central process teams on changes.
• Participate in testing, validation, and rollout activities.
• Analyze trends and root causes to drive improvements.
• Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy programs.
• Ensure policy compliance and safe, accurate operations.
