Job summary

ABB is seeking a Technical Training professional to develop and manage onboarding and ongoing training for warehouse staff at the Mebane, NC site. You will create training materials, deliver programs, and continuously improve training content to support safe, efficient warehouse operations.

The role requires 2+ years in a warehouse environment, ability to read BOMs, familiarity with Excel/PowerBI, and experience with ERP/MES systems (SAP preferred).

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to read and interpret BOMs for pick lists.
• Knowledge of warehouse processes and operations.
• Basic knowledge of statistical analysis tools (Excel or PowerBI).
• Experience with ERP/MES systems (SAP preferred).
• Ability to operate a forklift and safely lift up to 40 lbs.
• Legal authorization to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain training documentation, work instructions, and standardized training materials.
• Support warehouse operations during start-ups by training staff.
• Develop onboarding and technical training programs for warehouse employees.
• Analyze quality trends and address recurring skill gaps.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering and Operations to identify training needs.
