Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in logistics or warehouse operations.
• 3–5 years of logistics/warehouse operations experience.
• Strong understanding of warehouse KPIs and inventory control.
• Experience with SAP WM/EWM transactions and warehouse systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary SAP S/4HANA EWM contact within warehouse ops.
• Troubleshoot system issues and monitor performance to prevent bottlenecks.
• Ensure data accuracy and SOP compliance across shifts.
• Train and support warehouse staff on system processes.
• Document issues, submit tickets, and assist with testing and rollouts.
• Analyze data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Support inventory control including cycle counts and discrepancy resolution.
