Job summary
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, SAP Finance Technology & Solutions to lead global SAP Finance initiatives from Raritan, NJ or Beerse, BE. You will drive solution design, integration, and continuous improvement across BEACON, a SOX-regulated platform supporting 80+ countries.
The role requires strong financial process knowledge, SAP technical expertise, and experience leading cross-functional teams in a global environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 8+ years SAP Finance implementations or related enterprise tech roles.
- Strong understanding of financial processes, global localizations, tax requirements, and SOX compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead analysis, design, and development of SAP Finance capabilities.
- Translate business needs into scalable SAP solutions.
- Provide functional and technical leadership to global teams throughout the lifecycle.
- Guide teams in implementing solutions aligned with development standards.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC and Agile methodologies, architectural standards, and quality requirements.
- Collaborate with finance, IT, and business partners to translate requirements into solutions.
