Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager of ERP Architecture to lead SAP ECC/S/4HANA across multiple instances during the Day 1 separation into DePuy Synthes. The role requires 8+ years in ERP architecture, strong SAP ABAP/BASIS/Security skills, and global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise/ERP architecture experience including leadership.
• Hands-on and leadership expertise in SAP ABAP, SAP Security, BASIS, and SAP integration.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, BTP, and enterprise security/integration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple SAP ECC and S/4HANA instances across Day 1 separation.
• Develop plans to achieve ERP architecture goals and communicate them to teams.
• Allocate resources for new technology assessment and lifecycle management.
• Direct daily operations for systems integration and platform compatibility.
• Maintain ERP architecture standards aligned with enterprise strategy.
• Coordinate with vendors and delivery partners to follow architecture standards.
• Ensure security, compliance, and performance of ERP solutions.
• Drive cross-functional translation of business requirements into scalable architecture.
