• Ability to establish trust with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite.
• Strong communication, translating progress into business language under uncertainty.
• Structured, time-boxed engagements with clear milestones and fixed scope.
• Experience tracking business value of SAP solutions and ROI.
• Familiarity with SAP BTP and cross-system integration for technical discussions.
• Proven AI skills: agentic AI, context engineering, AI-assisted automation, AI adoption, AI QA, via Codility.
• Emotional intelligence and problem-solving under delivery pressures.
