Qualifications

• 8+ years managing SAP service engagements with focus on governance and business outcomes.
• Hands-on delivery and customer success management with track record of driving adoption.
• Ability to build trust with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite.
• Clear communication translating technical progress into business language.
• Disciplined in time-boxed engagements with milestones and fixed scope.
• Value management to track ROI of SAP solutions.
• Familiarity with SAP BTP and cross-system integration.
• Core AI Skills such as agentic AI, context engineering, and AI-assisted automation.
