Job summary

Syskoplan Reply is seeking an Engagement Manager to define and orchestrate a portfolio of SAP services for assigned clients and lead digital transformation initiatives. You will manage client relationships, coordinate with Reply teams and ensure delivery excellence from SOW to run, while driving value realization and opportunities for expansion.

You will lead a consulting team, oversee risks, budget, and staffing, and collaborate with Sales to onboard new clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
7 years of SAP experience.
Experience in a project management role.
Experience on 3+ full lifecycle SAP projects in areas including S/4HANA, CRM, BI, SCM, APO, SRM, SAP Solution Manager.
Experience creating RFPs and SOWs for client engagements.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

Build trusted customer relationships, develop service plans, and drive SAP adoption and business transformation.
Collaborate with client stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans that optimize SAP investment and deliver measurable business value.
Identify and address risks and own end-to-end escalation management for critical issues.
Collaborate with Reply's project managers to promote successful project execution across Delivery, Scope, Cost and Resourcing; provide oversight to the team.
Lead, motivate, and empower the consulting team while evaluating performance to enhance skills and client collaboration.
Partner with Sales and Marketing from engaging prospects through to onboarding; build project scope, resourcing, and cost estimates for proposals.
