Job summary

Syskoplan Reply in the United States seeks an Engagement Manager to define and orchestrate a SAP-focused services portfolio for assigned clients, guiding digital transformation roadmaps and ensuring delivery excellence with the Reply team through onsite engagement.

You will build trusted client relationships, manage scope, risks, and escalations, and lead a consulting team through multi-project lifecycles (S/4HANA, CRM, BI).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years SAP experience and project management.
• Experience delivering 3+ full lifecycle SAP projects (S/4HANA, CRM, BI, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Build trusted client relationships and drive SAP adoption and business transformation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize SAP investments and value.
• Lead consulting team and coordinate with project delivery, scope, cost, and resourcing.
• Develop content for proposals, RFPs, and client onboarding; coordinate sign‑off.
