Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project and program management experience, including complex enterprise transformation.
• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale SAP/ERP programs with budgets over $10M-$15M.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred; PMP/PRINCE2/SAFe beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale SAP transformation programs and client engagements.
• Establish governance, delivery frameworks, roadmaps, milestones, and risk plans.
• Own project financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.
• Serve as primary client-facing leader, managing CXO-level relationships.
• Lead executive governance meetings, steering committees, and status reviews.
• Drive SAP EAM and S/4HANA Asset Management transformations across asset-intensive industries.
