Job summary

Visionaire Partners is seeking an on-site Systems Lead to drive large-scale SAP EAM/PM initiatives across North America. The role demands deep asset lifecycle expertise and hands-on SAP configuration within S/4HANA.

The successful candidate will coordinate between maintenance stakeholders and technical teams, managing vendors and consultants through all SDLC phases while ensuring scope, quality, and timelines meet business goals.

Qualifications

Experience with asset lifecycle management and maintenance processes.
Hands-on configuration of SAP EAM/PM in SAP S/4HANA environments.
Proven track record leading enterprise maintenance solution design and delivery.
Strong analytical and cross-functional leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

Translate complex workflows into scalable SAP EAM architectures.
Serve as liaison between maintenance stakeholders and technical teams.
Architect and refine SAP PM/EAM capabilities.
Direct cross-functional consultants, developers, and vendors through SDLC phases.
Oversee external providers to ensure delivery quality, budget, and timelines.
Drive testing, documentation, and governance for the system.
Identify improvements across asset lifecycle and plant reliability.
