• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• 4–6 years ERP deployment experience.
• Proven experience in executing large SAP deployment procedures.
• Experience in managing site readiness and ensuring successful execution.
• Experience in leading teams.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel; travel estimated 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and track deliverable completion and project status.
• Actively participate in client sessions and lead workstreams from planning through execution to closure.
• Manage engagement economics and implement resource plans and budgets.
• Travel required regularly as needed by external client.
