Job summary

EY is seeking a Deployment Manager to lead large SAP implementations and drive technology transformation for clients across a broad set of business functions. You will define and execute readiness, cutover, and hypercare strategies while coordinating with stakeholders, project teams, and third parties.

In this role you will manage timelines, costs, and quality, guiding both technical and non-technical teams to deliver innovative SAP solutions on a global scale.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree (4-year)
• Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years ERP deployment experience
• Proven experience in executing large SAP implementation procedures
• Experience in managing site readiness plans and ensuring successful execution
• Proficiency in developing and executing cutover plans
• Experience in leading teams
• Willingness to travel 40-60%

Responsibilities

• Leading workstream delivery and tracking deliverable completion and project status.
• Actively participating in client working sessions and leading workstreams from planning through execution to closure.
• Managing engagement economics and implementing resource plans and budgets.
• Travel required regularly as needed by external client.
