Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Deployment Manager to drive large SAP implementation programs. You will coordinate with business stakeholders, the project team, and third parties to execute plans across three deployment pillars: Business Readiness, Cutover, and Hypercare.

You will lead delivery, manage timelines and budgets, and guide both technical and non-technical teams to deliver innovative technology solutions, while traveling 40–60% to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–6 years ERP deployment experience.
• Experience in executing large SAP deployment procedures.
• Experience in site readiness and cutover execution.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.
• Experience in leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and track deliverables and project status.
• Participate in client sessions and drive workstreams from planning through execution to closure.
• Manage engagement economics and implement resource plans and budgets.
• Travel required regularly as needed by external client.
