Job summary

EY is seeking a Deployment Manager to lead large SAP deployment projects across Business/Site Readiness, Cutover and Hypercare. You will collaborate with stakeholders, the project team, and third parties to drive project plans, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure successful delivery.

A strong background in ERP deployments and SAP is essential, with frequent travel to client sites. This role emphasizes delivering technology transformation programs, managing risk, and maintaining high quality

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
4–6 years ERP deployment experience.
Proven experience in executing large SAP deployment procedures.
Experience in managing site readiness plans and ensuring successful execution.
Proficiency in developing and executing cutover plans.
Experience in leading teams.
Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

Lead workstream delivery and track deliverable completion and project status.
Actively participate in client working sessions and lead workstreams from planning through execution to closure.
Manage engagement economics and implement resource plans and budgets.
Travel required regularly as needed by external client.
