Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Deployment Manager to lead large SAP implementation programs, coordinating with stakeholders, the project team, and third parties across Business Readiness, Cutover, and Hypercare. You’ll guide timelines, costs, and quality while directing both technical and non-technical teams to deliver transformational technology solutions.

The role requires 4–6 years ERP deployment experience, strong project management skills, and willingness to travel 40–60%.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive complex project plans to completion by proactively identifying risks and enacting relevant mitigations.
• Proficiency in project and portfolio management tools.
• Strong understanding of iterative and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Ability to manage project or program resource management effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on client trust and value.

Responsibilities

• Leading workstream delivery and tracking deliverable completion and project status.
• Actively participating in client working sessions and leading workstreams from planning through execution to closure.
• Managing engagement economics and implementing resource plans and budgets.
• Travel required regularly as needed by external client.
