Equiliem is hiring a SAP Data Analyst for our Santa Ana, CA site to support operations and the SAP rollout with data integrity and actionable insights. You will analyze datasets, create dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and cost performance.

The role requires SAP/ERP experience, advanced Excel, and experience with Power BI and Tableau to visualize and communicate results to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Associate degree or high school diploma with 1 year of manufacturing/SCM experience.
Minimum 1 year SAP or ERP experience in a manufacturing plant.
Experience with Power BI and Tableau for data visualization.
General knowledge of ERP and procurement processes; lean manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and insights.
Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for stakeholders.
Support inventory and supply chain data analysis to drive strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data-driven process improvements.
Provide data insights for replenishment, cycle counting, and inventory accuracy.
Assist in materials projects to optimize inventory and product flow.
Audit data integrity and maintain proper data workflows.
Use Excel, SAP, and Power BI to assess data and inform decisions.
