Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Data Analyst to support a critical ERP transformation and SAP implementation. You will analyze, cleanse, validate, and prepare data for migration from a legacy ERP system into SAP, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and integrity throughout the migration.

The ideal candidate will have ERP experience, data modeling knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and strong communication to collaborate with stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience with ERP systems and enterprise data
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, cleansing, and validation
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, data migrations, or data conversion projects
• Data modeling experience
• Strong understanding of data quality, governance, validation and testing
• Experience with large datasets and data mapping
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Onsite work in Arvada, CO area

Responsibilities

• Analyze, cleanse, validate, and prepare data for migration from legacy ERP to SAP
• Map legacy data to SAP requirements and support data conversion, validation, and verification testing
• Identify data quality issues and resolve discrepancies; document business rules
• Collaborate with business users, project teams, and technical stakeholders
• Support cutover activities to ensure a smooth transition into SAP
• Experience with manufacturing data (BOMs, routings, material master) is desirable
