Equiliem is hiring a SAP Data Analyst for our Santa Ana, CA site to support operations and the SAP rollout with data integrity and actionable insights. You will analyze datasets, create dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and cost performance.

The role requires SAP/ERP experience, advanced Excel, and experience with Power BI and Tableau to visualize and communicate results to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or high school diploma with 1 year of manufacturing/SCM experience.
• Minimum 1 year SAP or ERP experience in a manufacturing plant.
• Experience with Power BI and Tableau for data visualization.
• General knowledge of ERP and procurement processes; lean manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and insights.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for stakeholders.
• Support inventory and supply chain data analysis to drive strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data-driven process improvements.
• Provide data insights for replenishment, cycle counting, and inventory accuracy.

Job summary

The SAP Data Analystsupports continuous improvement efforts in operations and supply chain by monitoring and analyzing data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining data integrity. This role involves supporting master data cleanup and SAP rollout at a specific location, using tools such as Excel, SAP, and PowerBI.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and actionable insights that improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Perform inventory and supply chain data analysis to support strategic initiatives and organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions for process improvement and cost optimization.
• Support daily operational activities by providing data insights to enhance accuracy and timeliness in replenishment, cycle counting, and inventory management.
• Participate in materials-related projects applying data analytics to optimize inventory, product flow, and resource utilization.
• Conduct audits to verify data integrity throughout the plant.
• Maintain proper queue management and product flow.
• Use multiple programming tools to assess data, including Excel, SAP, and PowerBI.
• Other duties as assigned.

Schedule

Limited travel may be required (up to 10%).

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited institution OR High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of one year in manufacturing, supply chain, or production experience.
• Minimum of one year SAP or ERP experience in a manufacturing plant.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, and SAP.
• General knowledge of ERP and procurement processes.
• Lean Manufacturing experience.
• Advanced user of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
