Job summary

Döhler GmbH in the United States (Georgia) is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver first-class service to a defined customer base and internal teams. You will enter orders in SAP, verify terms, and coordinate across planning, production, and logistics to ensure satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include accuracy in order processing, data maintenance in SAP, and monitoring on-time in full performance and KPIs. Strong MS Office skills and SAP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders into SAP within 24 hours of receipt.
• Verify payment and delivery terms on orders; escalate if revisions are needed.
• Coordinate with planning, production, and order management to resolve issues.
• Monitor order confirmation and check availability within 24 hours.
• Update customer data in SAP as needed.
• Manage sales order/delivery backlog and delivery/billing blocks.
• Monitor on-time in full performance and KPI reporting.
• Coordinate with inside sales, sales teams, and logistics partners on topics.
• Enforce SOP for order changes and cancellations.
• Handle resolutions for internal and external requests and issues.
• Manage delivery blocks at the SO level and automated confirmations.
