Job summary

Talently is seeking an SAP CRM Configuration Analyst to join our growing wellness and fitness services team. You will work with business stakeholders and IT to configure SAP CRM, document requirements, and support testing and deployments.

Responsibilities include documenting processes, executing tests, and providing Tier 1–2 CRM support, with a focus on data integrity, usability, and customer care operations. A Bachelor's degree and 0–3 years of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Foundational SAP/CRM configuration knowledge.
• Ability to document business requirements, processes, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience or knowledge of structured testing practices (unit, regression, UAT).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Execute unit, regression, and user acceptance testing; log defects with steps to reproduce.
• Assist with change management: release notes, user communications, post-deployment validation.
• Provide Tier 1–2 functional support for standard CRM issues and service requests.
• Troubleshoot application issues, gather diagnostics, and escalate complex problems with context.
• Maintain user guides, knowledge articles, configuration documentation, and troubleshooting runbooks.
• Support data validation, security governance, and documentation of CRM roles, permissions, and workflows.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow established standards and procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate with business and IT stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• 0–3 years of experience in application support, business systems analysis, CRM, or enterprise applications, including internships or co-ops.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with CRM or other enterprise business applications.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar ticketing and work management tools.
• Experience working with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Knowledge of change control, release readiness, and post-deployment validation.
• Experience creating knowledge articles, user guides, test scripts, or team playbooks.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot.
• Exposure to data validation, basic reconciliations, and enterprise application integrations.
