We're looking for a Level 3 SAP Functional Analyst (CRM) with hands-on expertise in SAP CRM 7.0, Web UI configuration, and Sales & Service processes. If you thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoy turning business needs into smart SAP solutions—this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in gathering business requirements and delivering SAP CRM solutions.
• Guide process improvements and recommend system enhancements that align with IT strategy.
• Design and implement end-to-end configurations in SAP CRM (Service, Sales, CIC).
• Drive full-cycle CRM implementations with thorough testing strategies and documentation.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and support ongoing CRM enhancements.
• Stay current with SAP CRM innovations and best practices.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP CRM configuration, especially in CRM Service.
• At least 1 full lifecycle SAP CRM implementation.
• Deep knowledge of:
• Account & Contact Management
• Strong experience in CRM–ECC integration (Product, Customer, Pricing, etc.).
• Ability to read and debug ABAP code.
• Excellent communication skills across technical and business teams.
• High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with SolMan ChaRM.
• Exposure to customer FIORI and mobile applications.
• Background in complex SAP landscapes with multiple integrated components.
