Job summary

Whitehall Resources is recruiting a Senior Analyst, CX Solutions to design, implement, and support SAP Customer Experience solutions. The role focuses on SAP Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with hands-on configuration, data management, and integration work.

You will collaborate with global delivery teams, drive continuous improvement, and produce documentation and training materials to support successful deployments across client engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' SAP experience with hands-on implementation and support of SAP Sales Cloud V1 and SAP Service Cloud V1.
• Solid understanding of CRM and customer service processes.
• Experience with SAP Integration Suite, APIs, middleware integrations, and Agile delivery.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support SAP Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations and enhancements.
• Configure and optimise SAP Sales & Service Cloud V1 including leads, opportunities, data, service tickets, workflows, SLA.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Design and support integrations with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Integration Suite, and third-party apps.
• Support testing, data migration, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Produce process documentation, training materials, and solution designs.
• Partner with stakeholders, architects, and global delivery teams to drive continuous improvement.
