Title: SAP eSPP (Extended Service Parts Planning) Consultant

Location: Remote

Job Description

We are seeking a SAP eSPP or SPP functional consultant for an Aftermarket support analyst role.

Responsibilities include:

1. Identify and analyze business needs, gather requirements, define scope, and support all aspects of SAP SPP (Service Parts Planning) module.
2. Perform configuration and modification of Planning Service Manager (PSM) for native SPP services, with in-depth knowledge of customizing service/process profiles.
3. Handle triggering mechanisms and troubleshoot PSM logs.
4. Maintain strong knowledge of Core Interface (CIF), Bill of Distribution (BOD), Distributed Requirements Planning (DRP), forecasting models, and techniques.
5. Manage CIF integration models for master and transaction data transfer between ECC and SPP, monitor CIF errors using qRFC monitor.
6. Utilize BADI implementation for CIF enhancements.
7. Develop tiered approaches to allocate stock based on inventory balancing and deployment strategies across the network.
8. Configure stocking decisions using service TSLs and sales demand.
9. Understand the usage of Bill of Materials (BOM), Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), and safety stock values in planning.
10. Manage approvals and freeze horizons for schedule releases, planned orders, and purchase requisitions.
11. Facilitate data transfer between SPP & ECC through releases and scheduling agreements, including embedded PP module.
12. Maintain ECC-specific BOMs, understanding item categories, alternate BOMs, and routing.
13. Maintain documentation reflecting application design, lifecycle, and configuration changes.
14. Basic knowledge of SD/MM/PP modules and related tools is a plus.
