Overview:

Leads the review of new business models and works towards redefining the future operating model to effectively support these emerging entities, leveraging technologies, support teams, and service catalogs for enhanced service provisions.

Designs and supervises numerous service lines to guarantee a streamlined approach and an organized operational model.

Coordinates across all workstreams involving business stakeholders, digital teams, compliance, finance, legal, and audit departments.

Assists in the creation and implementation of communication and change management materials.

Ensures appropriate metrics are established to track effectiveness, stakeholder satisfaction, and operational efficiencies throughout the transition.

Facilitates the review and update of existing policies stemming from the changes.

Oversees the project budget, tracking savings and other efficiencies.
