The Opportunity

We’re expanding our Consultant Collaborativeand invite seasoned professionals (10+ years of experience) to team up on high-impact projects—ranging from rapid-response assessments to multi-year transformation initiatives. Contracts vary from short sprints (4–12 weeks) to longer-term, part-time engagements.

Sample of Experience & Skills Needed

Succession Planning:

-Position development, hiring, recruiting, interviewing and comprehensive onboarding

-Strengthening team through assessment and team building (CliftonStrengths • DiSC / MBTI)

-Build confident, inclusive leaders and high-performing teams

-Diagnose client needs, craft road-maps, develop KPI frameworks, and align solutions with equity and inclusion best practices.

Facilitate & Train

Lead workshops, coach leadership teams, and build capacity through engaging, adult-learning experiences.

Manage & Deliver

Stand up PMOs, oversee project lifecycles, and ensure milestones, budgets, and quality metrics are met.

Assess, Evaluate & Iterate

Asset mapping, community needs assessments, surveys--conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses, translate insights into actionable recommendations, and measure impact over time.

Champion Equity

Embed health- and racial-equity lenses in every deliverable, ensuring representation, accessibility, and cultural relevance.
