Job summary

Delta Faucet Company is seeking a Manager, SAP Business Process Management to lead the business-side stewardship of SAP across finance, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and product management. You will govern processes, manage demand, and drive continuous improvement within a scalable enterprise platform.

You will lead cross-functional forums, prioritize initiatives, and partner with operations, functional managers, and AMS partners to deliver value and maintain SAP as a strategic asset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 7+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Broad SAP business fluency across finance, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and product management.
• Experience with SAP demand management, release planning, and CI in a run-the-business context.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and governance.
• Experience with automated testing/regression validation (Tricentis Tosca or similar).
• Exposure to SAP Fiori and modern SAP UX adoption preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SAP Business Platform Owner, steward SAP strategy, roadmap, and evergreen evolution.
• Own end-to-end business process governance for SAP across finance, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and product management.
• Lead SAP demand management, including intake, evaluation, prioritization, and orchestration across enterprise.
• Facilitate cross-functional planning forums and co-own planning with Enterprise Technical Operations.
• Be the business-facing accountability for SAP incidents and remediation communications.
• Manage SAP test catalog and automation maturity; support UAT and knowledge libraries.
• Drive continuous improvement of SAP processes in partnership with leadership.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team spanning internal staff, augmented resources, and AMS partners.
• Oversee enterprise staff augmentation relationships and budgeting for SAP operations.
