Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years leading cross-functional teams including internal staff, augmented resources, and vendors.
• Broad SAP fluency across finance, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and product management.
• Experience with SAP demand management, release planning, and continuous improvement.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL incident, change, release, and problem management.
• Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement framework knowledge.
• Experience with automated testing and regression validation in SAP environments (Tosca).

Responsibilities

• Serve as SAP Business Platform Owner, aligning SAP strategy, roadmap, and evergreen evolution across finance, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and product management.
• Own end-to-end governance for SAP including guardrails, cross-functional impact, and standardization.
• Lead SAP demand management across enhancements and mini-projects, balancing priorities and value.
• Facilitate cross-functional planning forums in coordination with assigned managers.
• Act as business-facing owner of SAP incidents and communications during resolution.
• Own SAP test catalog, automate coverage and evolve Tosca regression testing.
• Manage staff augmentation relationships and budget for SAP operations.
