Resolve Tech Solutions Inc in the United States seeks a Product Marketing & Sales Enablement Manager who will develop positioning, messaging, and sales enablement for SAP AMS and MSP service lines, under the VP of Marketing. You will translate capabilities into customer-facing content and oversee a graphic designer to support marketing and sales priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in product marketing or sales enablement in B2B technology or services.
• Ability to develop positioning within a strategy and manage execution.
• Experience creating sales materials and translating technical capabilities into customer-facing content.
• Supervisory experience preferred

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain positioning and messaging for SAP AMS and MSP offerings.
• Coordinate with AI messaging across RTS offerings and validate capabilities and benefits.
• Create and maintain sales enablement materials including battlecards, one-pagers, presentations, and training resources.
• Partner with Sales leadership to identify enablement needs and deliver content and training.
• Collaborate with Demand Generation to align campaign messaging with offerings.
• Own voice of customer program and turn insights into positioning and sales enablement materials.
• Manage the graphic designer, set priorities, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
• Coordinate design requests across enablement, brand, and campaign work.
• Conduct competitive research and incorporate findings into messaging and materials.
• Support service launches through messaging, sales readiness, and enablement rollout.
• Maintain a current sales enablement content library and improve materials based on usage and feedback.
• Contribute customer-value input to pricing and packaging discussions.
