Qualifications

• Experience preparing and processing invoices.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume ACH payments, checks, and wires using SAP.
• Support a significant share of incoming company payments.
• Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with policies.
• Verify, classify, and record accounts payable data.
• Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits.
• Handle cash receipts and posting, and credit card payments.
• Generate Accounts Payable reports (e.g., Aging).
• Understand expense accounts and cost centers.
• Comply with accounts payable processes (W‑9, sales tax, etc.).
• Investigate discrepancies by reconciling vendor accounts and statements.
