Job summary

Hörmann LLC in Sparta, Tennessee seeks an experienced accounts payable specialist to join our growing team. You will manage full cycle AP, process vendor invoices in SAP, and ensure accurate coding and timely payments.

The role requires 3–5 years of AP experience in a dynamic environment, strong Excel skills, and the ability to multitask with attention to detail. We offer competitive pay between $19-$21 per hour, benefits, and a stable, international company.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of AP experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP system is required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit, process, and enter vendor invoices and other AP transactions in SAP.
• Process PO invoices by matching invoices and receiving documents with purchase orders.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve vendor issues.
• Match documents for payment, calculate use taxes, and ensure correct GL coding.
• Develop and/or complete Excel spreadsheets to support transactions.
• Prepare checks and remittance documentation for mailing and distribution.
• Create and maintain documentation files for payable activities.
