Job summary

EY seeks an SAP ABAP Manager to lead delivery across ABAP projects, including reports, interfaces, forms, enhancements, and OData/Web Services, with travel up to 40–60%. You will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and guide teams through agile delivery while coordinating with client stakeholders and architects.

You will work with SAP S/4HANA and ECC environments, ensuring quality, performance, and risk management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
4–6 years hands-on SAP ABAP development experience.
Strong ABAP expertise incl. OO ABAP, modularization, debugging/troubleshooting.
Proven ability to design, develop and enhance ABAP-based solutions (reports, interfaces, forms, enhancements, OData/Web Services).
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and ECC, including integration across SAP modules and ABAP on HANA concepts.
Proficiency in SAP Fiori/UI5 development and ABAP back-end integration.
Strong understanding of Data Dictionary, data modeling, and performance tuning.
Experience in Agile delivery and SAP DevOps practices.
