Job summary

EY seeks an SAP ABAP Manager to lead delivery of ABAP-based solutions across SAP S/4HANA and ECC. You’ll translate business requirements into scalable technical designs, guide teams, and collaborate with architects and client stakeholders in a hybrid, client‑facing environment. Travel 40-60% is expected.

You’ll manage end-to-end delivery, ensure quality, and drive continuous improvement within Agile frameworks, delivering reports, interfaces, and OData services while mentoring junior developers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• Typically, 4–6 years hands-on SAP ABAP development experience.
• Proficiency in ABAP, OOABAP, debugging and troubleshooting.
• Experience designing ABAP-based reports, interfaces, forms, and services.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and ECC integration.
