Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP ABAP Manager to lead ABAP development, including reports, interfaces, forms, enhancements, and OData. You will ensure delivery across the full project lifecycle, translating client requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in SAP ABAP, with S/4HANA, Fiori/UI5, and DevOps exposure, and will travel 40–60% to client sites in a hybrid EY environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience.
• Experience with ABAP objects, modularization, and debugging.
• Design, develop, and enhance ABAP-based solutions including reports, interfaces, forms, enhancements, and OData/Web Services.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and ECC integration and ABAP on HANA concepts.
• Proficiency in SAP Fiori/UI5 development and integration with ABAP back-end services.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Data Dictionary and database concepts.
• Exposure to Agile delivery and DevOps practices in SAP environments.
• Familiarity with SAP technologies such as Solution Manager, PI/PO, SAP LT, Data Services.

• Lead delivery of ABAP projects across full lifecycle (design, build, test, deployment).
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide direction and feedback to team members and manage client sessions.
