Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Manager to lead the delivery of ABAP solutions across multiple client engagements. You will define and implement ABAP-based reports, interfaces, forms, enhancements, and OData/Web Services, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions while managing risk and client relationships.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of hands-on SAP ABAP experience, including ABAP OO, and familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, Fiori/UI5, and DevOps practices in SAP

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year) required.
• Typically 4–6 years hands-on SAP ABAP development and programming.
• Strong ABAP expertise including OO, modularization, debugging.
• Experience designing, developing ABAP-based reports, interfaces, forms, enhancements, and OData/Web Services.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and ECC integration across modules; ABAP on HANA concepts.
• Proficiency in Fiori/UI5 development and integration with ABAP back-end services.
• Familiarity with Data Dictionary, data modeling, and performance tuning.
• Experience in Agile delivery and DevOps practices in SAP environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP ABAP delivery across full lifecycle from design to deployment.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions balancing client needs and risk.
• Engage with functional leads, architects, and client stakeholders to drive integrated SAP solutions.
• Guide teams, provide direction, and ensure quality through testing and delivery.
