People Creating Success (PCS) is seeking a Supported Living Coordinator in Santa Maria to lead teams serving adults with developmental disabilities. You will mentor staff, ensure service quality, and build strong relationships with participants, families, staff and community partners.

The role requires 2+ years of leadership in human services, a valid driver’s license, and a passion for community integration.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years leadership in human services (developmental disabilities a plus)
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong relationship building, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead teams

• Strong de-escalation and redirection skills

• Lead, mentor and support quality assurance staff, program managers, and direct support professionals
• Manage programs compliance and delivery of high-quality services
• Build meaningful relationships with participants, families, staff and community partners
• Be an impactful positive presence to engage with teams and boost morale
• Develop and implement recognition and retention strategies to keep professionals motivated
• Partner with leadership to implement person-centered solutions
• Support participants with daily living skills such as cleaning, cooking, budgeting, and light household duties
