Job summary

People Creating Success (PCS) is seeking a Supported Living Coordinator in Santa Maria to lead teams serving adults with developmental disabilities. You will mentor staff, ensure service quality, and build strong relationships with participants, families, staff and community partners.

The role requires 2+ years of leadership in human services, a valid driver’s license, and a passion for community integration.

• Develop and implement recognition and retention strategies to keep professionals motivated
• Partner with leadership to implement person-centered solutions
• Support participants with daily living skills such as cleaning, cooking, budgeting, and light household duties

Your Responsibilities

Who We’re Looking For

Required

• 2+ years leadership in human services (experience with participants with developmental disabilities preferred)
• A valid driver’s license
• Strong relationship building & maintenance, communication, and organizational skillsSomeone who is capable of communication with dignity and respect, especially during challenging moments
• Experience and able to manage multiple priorities & lead teams towards success
• Someone who has a warm, respectful, and professional demeanor
• Someone with strong de-escalation and redirection skills

Preferred

• Bachelor’s in Psychology, Human Services, Social Work or related field (preferred)
• CPR / First Aid certification (Training will be provided if applicants are not certified or need to be recertified)
• Comprehensive knowledge of compliance in developmental disability services
