Job summary

Pacific Cheese in Amarillo, TX is hiring for a Sanitation Worker on a full-time night shift from 9:00 PM to 5:35 AM. The role focuses on cleaning and sanitizing the facility to meet federal and state requirements, with starting pay of $20.00 per hour and overtime if needed.

Starting Pay: $20.00/hour

Schedule: Start Time 9:00PM -5:35AM. Full Time position, overtime if necessary.

POSITION SUMMARY:

P erforms a variety of sanitation procedures. Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing the facility to ensure that federal and state requirements are met.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Wash and sanitize production equipment following procedures and instructions, document activities as needed. Disassemble and reassemble parts of the machinery to ensure that equipment is cleaned thoroughly, notify appropriate parties when problems are encountered.
• Wash and sanitize production work area.
• Clean office areas, lunchrooms and restrooms
• Ensure that production area, sanitation area and tools are kept clean and organized.

1 Year of Sanitation experience preferred, in a food production facility.
