Job summary

Pacific Cheese, a drug-free workplace in Amarillo, TX, is hiring a Sanitation Worker for a night shift. This full-time position starts at $20.00 per hour with a schedule from 9:00 PM to 5:35 AM; overtime may be required.

You will perform sanitation procedures, clean and sanitize the facility to meet federal and state requirements, and maintain clean production areas and offices. A minimum of 1 year of sanitation experience in a food production facility is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sanitation experience preferred in a food production facility.
• Ability to work night shift and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize production equipment following procedures and instructions; disassemble and reassemble parts as needed; notify appropriate parties when problems are encountered.

We currently have an opening in our Sanitation Department!

Starting Pay: $20.00/hour

Schedule: Start Time 9:00PM -5:35AM. Full Time position, overtime if necessary.

POSITION SUMMARY:

P erforms a variety of sanitation procedures. Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing the facility to ensure that federal and state requirements are met.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Wash and sanitize production equipment following procedures and instructions, document activities as needed. Disassemble and reassemble parts of the machinery to ensure that equipment is cleaned thoroughly, notify appropriate parties when problems are encountered.
• Wash and sanitize production work area.
• Clean office areas, lunchrooms and restrooms
• Ensure that production area, sanitation area and tools are kept clean and organized.

1 Year of Sanitation experience preferred, in a food production facility.
