Job summary

The Chefs' Warehouse is seeking a hands-on team member to maintain cleanliness in meat, seafood, and poultry processing areas. You will support cleaning and sanitation routines in a fast-paced kitchen-adjacent environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-3 months of experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prep Processing room for washing.
• Power down machines using appropriate procedures.
• Break down equipment for cleaning.
• Remove cardboard, trash bags, inedible from processing rooms.
• Use high and low pressure water wash systems with water temperature between 120-140F.
• Use proper detergent and sanitizing chemicals following MSDS procedures.
• Ability to read labels for chemical identification.
