Job summary

Hardie’s Fresh Foods in Texas is seeking a dedicated individual to clean, wash and sanitize meat, seafood and poultry processing areas, maintaining a safe and organized workspace for daily operations.

The role involves prepping the processing room, powering down machines, and breaking down equipment for cleaning while following MSDS procedures and labels for chemical identification. High school diploma and 1–3 months of experience are preferred, with benefits and weekly pay provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• 1-3 months of experience in a similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prep Processing room for washing.
• Power down machines using appropriate procedures.
• Break down equipment for cleaning.
• Remove cardboard, trash bags, inedible from processing rooms.
• Use high and low pressure water wash systems with water temperature between 120-140F.
• Use proper detergent and sanitizing chemicals following MSDS procedures.
• Ability to read labels for chemical identification.
