The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing with strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to work autonomously on the production floor. 0–1% travel may be required; overtime flexibility is necessary.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States and pass post-offer drug screen.
• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• High school diploma; associate degree preferred.
• Exposure to dust, noise, wet floors, ladders and safety procedures.
• Extended production floor time; able to work overtime as needed.
• Proficient with MS Office and Kronos payroll system.
• Strong written and oral communication; organized and autonomous.
• Provide coaching to direct reports and drive accountability.
• Knowledge of food production and preventive maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe working conditions for all employees.
• Train sanitation staff on safety and cleaning procedures per SSOP and STW.
• Oversee sanitation audits and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Schedule sanitation crew daily; manage vacations and absences.
• Order sanitation supplies and manage inventory.
• Collaborate with vendors to reduce costs.
• Support SQF and other audit programs.
