Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in production.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Strong organizational skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours including nights, weekends & holidays.
• Knowledge of FDA/USDA/EPA preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Kronos knowledge a plus.
• Willing to learn NetSuite ERP.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of production associates.
• Lead safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop training plans for shift teams.
• Coordinate materials, staffing and resources for line operations.
• Collaborate with Area Leadership to implement reliability strategies.
• Coach operators to improve performance and safety.
• Ensure production of safe, defect-free products.
• Recruit and onboard operations personnel.
